A Sherlock Holmes moment is when you understand something that no one else does and the answer seems obvious to you. I used to have that a lot when I was young, it stoped after the first accident, but now they are quite common again and I love them.

I'm not that smart I just notice the obscure, so when it does happen, it rocks :D
